BIOGRAPHY
Born in Damascus in 1979, Aya Khair graduated from the American Damascus Community School in 1998 and received the school’s Outstanding Achievement Award in Art. She developed her talent and unique style under the mentorship of the artist Zouheir Hassib and from the influences of her culture and identity.

Later, she took art courses at Boushihri Institute in Kuwait and t
ook an intensive course in drawing and painting at the Institute des Beaux Arts in Paris in the summers of 2005 and 2006. She graduated from the American University of Kuwait in 2011.

She has been featured in numerous international exhibitions in Kuwait, Canada, England, France, Lebanon, Spain, Syria and the USA.
